颱風杜鵑成形 中秋賞月添變數

今年第21號颱風杜鵑凌晨成形，氣象專家表示，杜鵑轉向東北的機率較高，但路徑也有可能偏西，那就可能在週六、週日中秋節，影響北部、東半部的天氣，中秋能不能順利賞月，這幾天要持續觀察。
雲圖上，第21號颱風杜鵑，在鵝鑾鼻東南東方約1800公里海面上，杜鵑的動向，有可能影響到台灣中秋節天氣。根據目前氣象局潛勢預測圖，杜鵑往東北轉向機率高，那麼週末中秋節期間，北部、東半部、屏東，只會偶爾被雲層干擾，全台都能觀賞超級月亮，但如果路徑偏西，降雨機率就會提高。
